And just like that – Christmas has arrived.

The studio will be closed until January 15th, with exceptions being made for our previously booked newborn clients due within this time.

Marko. What a handsome little man he was! Such fun, all smiles and oh so loved. I could’ve spent my entire day with him – much like all my clients – I can’t help but always smile when we’re spending our time together. As christmas nears, I can only imagine how happy this family will be and all that they are thankful for. A baby’s first christmas is so special! I’m excited to get their album to them so they can enjoy it with the family!

This session was back in early November and while the studio has been buzzing with newborn inquiries, sessions, holiday orders and plenty of editing, I have to say that the blog has suffered a tad. I plan to bring it up to date once the holidays have passed and when I get some time at the cottage. For now, I’ll leave you with Marko’s preview, which isn’t really a preview at all since their album is in the middle of the design process and their custom disc already printed! Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday break thus far – our hoiday card will be posted tomorrow along with well wishes for the new year! xo

First birthdays are oh so special. The reflecting back upon the past [ and first ] 12 months are tearjerking, to say the least. This little button is now officially 1! Not only did she brave the mild temps that day, she rocked it! Too sweet for words, a laugh that will melt your heart – Madeleine is my favourite bunny!

My how these two have grown! I saw these two little beauties last fall – photographed then - here they are now! Joined by Mom and Dad this time ’round, we opted for a sunrise session. This was a real love fest, there’s no shortage of emotion with this family! Not even the cool breeze could keep this family from having fun. Something tells me they’re regulars in that department!
